Peter's at it again. Havana Anejo, a dash of creme de mure and some orange juice, muddled with fresh blueberries. Shaken and strained.

As the name suggests, this drink is based on a couple of classics. The daiquiri and the Mojito. A shot of Havana Anejo with some lime, sugar and mint.

Martell cognac and Dark Creme de Cacao, shaken with half ´n half and topped with nutmeg.

Gin or Vodka served cold with a hint of dry french vermouth.

Some Vanilla Vodka, Peachtree and Pomegranate. Shaken and strained.

Lemongrass and Chilli vodka with some simple syrup, fresh Apple and Lemonjuice. Served with a stalk of lemongrass and a halved chilli.

Raspberry flavoured rum and a dash of Chambord, muddled with some fresh raspberris and sieved into a cocktail glass. Topped of with some more fresh raspberries.

Cariel vanilla vodka and Passoa shaken with fresh passionfruit and vanilla sugar, then sieved into a cocktail glass. Served with a shot of campagne on the side.

Wyborowa vodka and Kahlua shaken with a shot of espresso and a dash of simple syrup.

Vanilla vodka, Frangelico and Kahlua mixed with some cream and topped with a couple of espresso beans. Alex's creation

Vanilla vodka shaken with coffee liquer, creme de cacao and creme. Covered with dark chocolate shavings.
